Having recently strengthened its junior bench, the current focus is on hiring at the mid-senior associate level. This represents an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to take on greater responsibility and build their profile within a market-leading practice.You’ll work closely with a number of highly respected partners and be involved in complex, high-value work for major domestic and international clients. Associates are given early client exposure, significant autonomy, and the chance to shape their careers through strong mentorship and genuine progression opportunities.The firm is open-minded and keen to meet strong employment lawyers who demonstrate drive, technical ability, and a collaborative approach. They are open to:3+ PQE in employment law (UK qualified or from a common law jurisdiction such as Australia, New Zealand or Ireland)Experience from private practice (in-house experience can be a plus if complemented by prior PP training)Strong UK experience, ideally covering both contentious and non-contentious workA commercial approach, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for client engagementThis is a team that truly values talent over time served — promotions and progression are based on quality and contribution, not just PQE.
