We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our client's team, focusing on promoting sales of Steel Insulated Panels (SIP) within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships to achieve sales targets. The role emphasizes promoting steel insulated panels and related solutions to architects, contractors, developers, and other key players in the construction sector.
The Role:
* Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell steel insulated panels to targeted customers.
* Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and generate leads to expand the customer base.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
* Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions highlighting the benefits of steel insulated panels.
* Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences for networking and industry insights.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
* Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
* Provide sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
* Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
Key Skills:
* Proven success in business development and sales, preferably in construction.
