Using your expert knowledge and passion for boosting young peoples positive outcomes whilst in our care, youll visit our homes and identify priorities for development in your area of responsibility. Where change is required, you will take the lead and be part of a team that supports and drives the process of development whilst maintaining the Witherslack Groups vision and values. Get out what you put in
Leading in the area of care development, you will have at least 4 years experience of working in Children's Homes with a track record of change management and role development. Ideally you will have experience of coaching, safeguarding, mentoring and have a good understanding of Ofsted inspections in Children's Homes. As youll be visiting Children's homes nationwide, youll need a full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel.

* A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
* Desirable - Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
* Professional qualification at Level 3 Working with Children and Young People (or equivalent)
* At least 4 years experience in a childrens home setting at a senior level within the last three years
* A full UK driving licence which youve held for at least 12 months
