Personal Injury/Industrial Disease Solicitor – Cardiff

The opportunity
I’m keen to speak to qualified Solicitor's or Chartered Legal Executives from newly qualified up to 3 years PQE, who want to take responsibility for a varied caseload of personal injury and industrial disease matters. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real responsibility from day one, alongside support as you continue to develop your expertise.
What you’ll be doing
* Speaking with new clients and guiding them through the early stages of their claims
* Drafting witness statements and handling key case documentation
* Managing disclosure and reviewing evidence
* Assisting with the instruction of counsel and preparation of court documents
* Preparing schedules of loss
* Reviewing medical and occupational health evidence, including expert reports
* Advising on settlement options and negotiating outcomes
What experience is required
* Experience in claimant litigation
* Background in personal injury or industrial disease work is helpful, but not required
* A proactive, organised approach and strong communication skills
