Overview
Night Youth Support Workers work closely with young people and provide assistance and support while attending to practical, physical and emotional needs and ensure safety throughout the night.
Responsibilities
* Experience supporting vulnerable people in a workplace environment or professional capacity
* Experience of working with behaviours that challenge
* Availability to work 11hr shifts (9pm-8am) on a 4 on 4 off basis including weekends and bank holidays
* Ability to complete a three-week mandatory induction 9am-5pm Mon-Fri in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Qualifications
* Education to GCSE level or equivalent
* QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to complete
* A full UK Driving Licence
