Senior Construction Manager - high-end residential - Southwark
Salter Grange are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious refurbishment project in Southwark, London.
This is a cut & carve refurbishment of an existing church and locally listed building, transforming the space into high-end marketing suites for a landmark residential development. The project will demand exceptional leadership, technical understanding, and a passion for delivering high-quality environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of a complex high-end refurbishment / cut & carve project
• Chair and lead stakeholder and client meetings
• Manage programme, quality and coordination across the project
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and the wider delivery team
• Remain hands-on with the construction process to ensure exceptional standards
Ideal Background:
• Proven at delivering high-end refurbishment or cut & carve projects
• Experience working on residential developments from either a developer or main contractor
• Strong leadership skills with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with practical site delivery
