What will you learn?
We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our fast-growing and successful company! As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2 qualification. On successful completion, you will receive:
* Level 1 / Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
* Level 2 in Customer Service
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Secure orders from prospective customers
* Establish & maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
* Research potential customers
* Communicate effectively with customers
* Use the CRM effectively
* Telephone validation of leads
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills: Attention to detail, Communication skills, Customer care skills, Enthusiasm to learn, Excellent telephone manner, Punctual
Desired qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in English Language (Grade 4) and Maths (Grade 4) are essential.
The company aims to offer full-time employment to the successful candidate upon completing the Apprenticeship Scheme.
