Lettings Negotiator / Senior / Associate
Job Details
* Location: Fulham Road
* Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am – 4 pm)
* Competitive Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 basic, plus commission
* Travel or Car Allowance: £2,500 PA travel allowance or £5,000 PA car allowance
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. We are looking for an individual who wants to stand out from the crowd, thrive on success and relish working in a competitive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Register interest and arrange viewings.
* Provide first‑class customer service to landlords and applicants.
* Go the extra mile with personalised attention to manage applicants’ needs.
* Take charge of the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations.
* Set and surpass targets, delivering results.
