Role Overview
International P2P Administrator – Northern European Team, based in the International Business Service Centre. You will support the Supplier Accounts team by delivering accurate, timely supplier payment processing and outstanding customer service. This role supports transactions across Sweden, Norway and other Northern European countries.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers using the First Line Support model.
* Process all transactional activities via the relevant workflow tools.
* Ensure compliance with established processes, controls and documentation.
* Manage and escalating non‑standard requests and queries efficiently.
* Work accurately within agreed SLAs, achieving right‑first‑time outcomes.
* Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
* Keep clear records to support accurate reporting.
* Support team targets, change initiatives and continuous improvement.
* Take on additional tasks as required by Team Leads or Senior Management.
Qualifications
* Proven Northern European language skills (written and spoken in Swedish or Norwegian) – essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong data entry and attention‑to‑detail skills.
* Confident interpersonal skills with a flexible, collaborative approach.
* Basic Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge – desirable.
* Team player who thrives in a structured, process‑driven environment.
* Education: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C / 4 or above.
