What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults in machinery, circuits, and control panels.
* Respond swiftly to electrical emergencies during the night shift.
* Implement upgrades and modifications to improve system reliability.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
* Maintain detailed records of all work carried out.
* Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers.
What You'll Bring
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance (AM2).
* BS7671 Wiring Regulations (current edition).
* Inspection & Testing Certification (C&G 2391).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Previous night shift experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
* Skilled in using diagnostic and testing tools.
* Quick and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of electrical safety codes and best practices.
* Excellent communication and independent working skills.
Requirements
* Ability to work 10-12 hour night shifts.
* Capable of lifting and moving tools/equipment.
* Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, or bending.
