Residential Property Solicitor (2+ / 5+ PQE)

Our client is an established England & Wales firm of solicitors is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its well-established Residential Property Department.
The role will involve managing your own caseload and advising on a variety of matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions and matters involving developers. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential property, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently. More senior candidates will ideally bring experience supervising junior team members and, at Partner level, may have a following or proven business development capability.
