An established and growing financial planning firm is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join its collaborative team in Wakefield. You'll play a key role in supporting financial planners by producing high-quality reports and recommendations, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Draft comprehensive client reports, reviews, and suitability letters
2. Carry out research, analysis, and obtain provider illustrations
3. Collaborate closely with financial planners, administrators, and fellow paraplanners
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance processes and regulatory requirements
5. Ensure all reports and advice meet internal quality and timeliness standards
6. Keep up to date with industry knowledge and best practices
About You
7. Experience in a paraplanning role
8. Working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or already qualified; ambition to pursue Chartered status is encouraged
9. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
10. Confident communicator and effective collaborator within a busy, professional team environment
11. Capable of managing deadlines and working both independently and as part of a team
