Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and manage project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are informed of their responsibilities Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes Liaise with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays Assist in the development of project proposals, including researching, writing, and editing content Support the project manager in the execution of their duties, providing administrative assistance as needed Organise and schedule project meetings, distributing agendas, and recording minutes Assist in the preparation of project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities Maintain a well-organised project filing system, ensuring easy access to all relevant documentation Provide general administrative support to the project team, including data entry, filing, and managing project correspondence Partake in internal auditing of the quality management system and assist the quality manager Review CVs for qualifications and competencies Populate global inspection matrix with inspectors’ personal details, qualifications and competencies Create and maintain CV filing systems for each inspector per country 28 days annual leave (1 day per year for every year of service) Ability to join private medical & dental insurance Scheme A great team environment in a growing company Early Friday finishes – 12:15pm Opportunity to work for a company that genuinely values integrity, excellence and innovation
