Come and join our award-winning B2B team!

We have an opportunity for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to work as a B2B Sales Co-ordinator in our Business Hub based next to Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. You will manage and support the day-to-day requirements of B2B customers.

We’re looking for someone who possesses great customer service skills and can be proactive with customer contact to increase B2B activity.

Location: Portsmouth Gunwharf Head Office

Contract: Fixed Term Contract


Key responsibilities include:

* Managing day-to-day relationships with B2B customers and responding to incoming calls and emails
* Creating and managing all B2B bookings and amendments as requested by customers
* Managing Dangerous Goods bookings in line with MCA regulations
* Providing management reporting and data when required
* Maintaining excellent customer relationships to retain and grow accounts through detailed analysis
* Supporting stakeholders and customers during service disruptions
* Delivering annual freight and coach forward bookings to a large database
* Updating and managing customer data through CRM and in-house booking systems
* Engaging in project work to support company goals

* Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
