For our Client, we are looking to appoint a component purchaser to work within Tteir UK Facilities. The main role for the successful applicant will incorporate functions such as (but not limited to): · Sourcing all required parts needed to repair components ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements. · Sourcing best possible price and lead times and negotiating with suppliers. · Raising orders. · Regular monitoring of all spares on order to ensure TAT's are met. · Weekly reports to all suppliers. · Weekly reports to all workshops. · Conversing with Commercial and Tech Division teams. · Allocating spares and putting units into work. · Assisting Goods In with any part discrepancies/rejections. · Raising repair orders and monitoring all third-party repairs. · Raising sales quotations and orders.
