Our client, an emerging Tech Refrigeration company, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key customer accounts to drive sales revenue. You will also support the Head of Business Development in developing the company's sales and marketing strategy for the UK and global expansion.
As a Senior Account Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, proposal/tender submissions, and deal closures.
Maintaining a healthy customer pipeline and taking ownership of target sectors.
Creating and presenting detailed customer proposals to secure trial agreements and pre-orders.
Developing customer decision trees and building professional and personal relationships with decision makers and influencers.
Identifying and pursuing new business leads through networking, warm calling, and targeted outreach.
Leading multi-million pound negotiations for contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborating with the marketing team to generate inbound leads and develop sales materials.
Building partnerships with relevant industry bodies, suppliers, consultants, and influencers.
Keeping abreast of the competition and sector developments through regular market analysis.
