This role is perfect for someone who loves helping young learners grow in confidence and is passionate about making a real difference during this key assessment period. ✨ The Role of Year 2 SATs Teaching Assistant: As the Year 2 SATs TA, you will: ✔ Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions in Reading, Writing & Maths ✔ Support pupils with phonics, comprehension and number fluency ✔ Help prepare pupils for Year 2 SATs in a calm and confidence-building way ✔ Work closely with the class teacher to adapt support based on pupil needs ✔ Create a positive, encouraging learning environment where all children can thrive ✨ What We’re Looking For as a Year 2 SATs Teaching Assistant: We’d love to hear from you if you are: Experienced working across KS1 (Year 2 experience ideal) Confident supporting phonics and early literacy Patient, nurturing, and able to motivate young learners Great at following planning and delivering structured interventions A positive team player with strong communication skills A TA qualification is beneficial, but your enthusiasm and commitment to supporting young children matter most. ✨ Why Join the Milk Liverpool Family?
