Are you a highly organised Administrator looking for a varied site based role?

We are looking for a proactive Site Administrator to join our friendly team in Winchester. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will manage purchase orders, process invoices and coordinate site schedules to support the smooth running of the site.

As a Site Administrator, you will play a vital part in supporting the Site Manager with various tasks, including (but not limited to):

* Raising purchase orders and providing invoices
* Ordering materials for various projects
* Scheduling works across the site
* Liaising with the engineers on project progress
* Uploading project information to our system
* Assist the site manager with general admin tasks
* Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
* Previous experience working in an office environment


What we offer

* Salary up to £28,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be required to complete and pass security vetting.
