The Role
Todd Meat Trading Company Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our multinational group of companies. A successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the private sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is well organised, hands on, accurate, methodical, able to multi-task and who will enjoy being a member of a busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a successful and growing company.
Duties
* Manage sales and purchase ledger functions
* Maintain financial records and assist with month-end closing procedures.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Prepare financial reports as required by management.
* Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
* Proficiency in accounting software Sage
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial record keeping.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in the private sector.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
