Temporary 3 months work
Hours: 37 per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, flexible)
Contract: Until end of March 2026 (potential extension)
We are recruiting 2 Administrators to support the Planning team for a leading Housing firm. You will play a key role in processing no-access repairs cases, working with various teams to improve service delivery and reduce missed appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process no-access cases accurately.
Work with Customer Services, Housing, Planning and other teams.
Maintain accurate data and contact records.
Report on daily KPIs and use Excel for trend tracking.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Skills & Experience:
Strong administrative and data entry skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good customer service ability.
Confident communicator.
Experience with Outlook, Excel and Teams.
This is a temporary contract, with weekly pay! please get in touch today
