The Role The Customer Service Advisor will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s high standards of service by providing effective, friendly, and solution-focused support to customers. Working as part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve delivery queries, and ensure customer records are accurately maintained.
