Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls with confident negotiation skills
* Make outbound sales calls, build rapport with prospective customers
* Respond to emails in a timely manner
* Pricing and entering order details on the system
* Deal with customer queries and deliver great service
* Hit monthly sales and productivity targets
* Aspire to move up as the business grows

* An upbeat, friendly approach to speaking with customers
* Resilience and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Effective listening and excellent communication skills on all platforms
* PC literate
