Duties * Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs. * Develop and implement design strategies that meet project objectives and deadlines. * Oversee the production of visual content, including photography, graphics, and digital assets. * Conduct regular reviews of team members' work, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and creativity. * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation. * Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
