Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our existing Mitie Energy Bureau. Due to the extensive nature of our clients' portfolios, and the volume of information and data involved, this role is key in enabling smooth delivery of our contract commitments and focusing attention on providing an excellent, robust service. This will be via on the job learning and relevant training sessions to establish knowledge and understanding. This post is designed to be one of continuous development. The job description is intended as a guide to the principal duties and responsibilities and will be complimented with regular reviews and a personal development plan.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage email inboxes, overseeing customer queries and data requests to resolution
Manage all incoming and outgoing post, answering telephone queries and requests and deal within the necessary manner
Managing receipt of utility invoices and both via paper and electronically and record in the appropriate manner, complete invoicing activities at the earliest opportunity for the contracts within specific guidelines
Assist the Energy Bureau team with ad hoc contract requirements
Strong background within energy analysis / bill validation / supplier liaison
Ability to work to deadlines and use initiative to solve problems
IT literate with experience of use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
5 GCSE's (A-C grade) including Maths and English
