The Business Change Manager will be part of the Global Change Management function and will lead efforts to understand and implement changes across the Wealth business to adapt to new local and cross border regulations as well as the execution of initiatives in support of the business strategy.
This role requires detailed analysis, working in conjunction with Front Office, Product, Control Functions, and Operations & Technology teams to assess the impact of the change, define the solution and subsequently implement the appropriate solution to achieve the agreed goals.
Key to success in the role is the ability to blend successful project management discipline with a good understanding of the subject matter to help shape the outcome. The role will involve interfacing with key senior stakeholders and internal partners across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and lead the detailed analysis working with Front Office, Product, Control functions and Infrastructure teams to understand the changes necessary due to regulatory changes and changes to internal policies and procedures, business growth and strategic initiatives.
* Work on multiple projects or programs, defining implementation plans, establishing governance and managing them on an ongoing basis.
* Act as an internal consultant, working closely with relevant partners, to quickly understand issues and lead the identification, definition and implementation of solutions.
* Lead and manage steering committees to identify, manage and escalation issues, risks, and dependencies, working with teams to define necessary solutions and mitigation plans.
* Develop business requirement documents and test scripts as required.
* Develop and lead robust change plans, including internal and external communication plan and training plans.
* Ensure changes are transitioned to the relevant teams sustainably, ensuring the necessary enhancements are made to the control framework.
Experience / Skills
* Demonstrable front‑to‑back experience leading or working on initiatives in complex regulatory initiatives (e.g., MiFID II) or large business transformational programs.
* Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Capital Markets.
* Prior consultancy experience preferred.
* In‑depth experience defining and leading significant change programs across the lifecycle, including analysis, systems implementation, process change, controls, communications, and training.

Qualifications
* Good track record in a similar role.
* CAPM, PMP, PgMP qualification and/or MBA are a plus.
Education
* Bachelor’s/University degree.
