Technical Sales Representative at Infuse Financial. A large independent packaging manufacturer serving multiple markets. Salary: £65,000 - £70,000.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with key accounts.
* Work closely with the Telesales team to convert pre-qualified leads into new business.
* Provide technical product advice and solutions to customers.
* Advise clients on sustainable packaging offerings to help reduce waste and meet environmental goals.
* Support customers on-site by resolving issues such as film breaks, pallet instability, and optimising wrapping performance.
* Deliver on sales growth targets and contribute to the wider commercial strategy.
What you will bring (Qualifications & Skills)
* Commercially driven with strong technical competence and a consultative approach.
* Previous experience in stretch film or plastic packaging sales is highly desirable.
* Proven B2B sales experience with account management skills.
* Strong technical understanding of packaging solutions and a consultative sales approach.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
