Bloxt is looking for a dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to lead and manage all compliance and regulatory activities related to the ECO4 Scheme. This is a critical role within our organisation, ensuring our operations align with government requirements and internal standards in the delivery of energy efficiency upgrades across the UK.
As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full compliance lifecycle of the ECO4 grant scheme. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our processes, identifying potential risks, and ensuring all internal and external obligations are met with integrity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all compliance operations associated with the ECO4 grant scheme, ensuring full adherence to government regulations, contractual terms, and internal policies.
* Conduct regular audits and monitor internal documentation to verify compliance across all departments.
* Prepare, maintain, and present accurate compliance reports for senior management, funding authorities, and regulators.
* Stay informed of legislative changes, policy updates, and industry developments impacting the ECO4 framework.
* Handle compliance issues and disputes with external partners, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
* Support continuous improvement in compliance practices and contribute to policy updates and risk mitigation strategies.
