You’ll lead and oversee all aspects of children’s social care, encouraging best practice, collaborative practice and the highest standards. Candidates must be qualified social workers, with experience of leading across the full range of services. You’ll be partnership-focused, a creative thinker and visionary strategist, and a courageous advocate for the children and families we support.
