Job Description

As a Product Manager at The Stepstone Group, youll collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Product Directors, Designers, Researchers, Data Scientists and Analysts, and in partnership with our Software Engineering teams, deliver products that contribute significantly to our company mission: make successful hires happen.

You will be part of a team that has a 'user first' approach and consequently work effectively within a Product organisation that has a high degree of user obsession, with a discovery led approach for building better products.?You'll be expected to actively prototype and experiment with AI-powered solutions to validate hypotheses and accelerate product development.
