Our Pensions Advisory business is expanding, and we are seeking Senior Associates/Consultants for our GMP Equalisation Team. This role suits individuals with at least three years' experience as a qualified/part-qualified pensions actuary or a pensions administration background with solid GMP knowledge.
Study support for actuarial qualifications is available.

The Role
Join our GMP Equalisation team to help clients with pension equalisation. Experience in GMP work is desirable, but we also consider candidates with three years' pensions experience who can quickly acquire the necessary technical skills. Responsibilities include:
* Analyzing and interpreting member data accurately
* Reviewing complex calculations
* Providing clear advice on GMP equalisation
* Supporting clients throughout projects
* Collaborating across departments
* Participating in research and development
* Mentoring future actuarial talent
