Key Responsibilities
In this Head of Sales position, you'll be responsible for:
Setting and delivering the overall sales strategy
Leading, developing, and motivating the sales team
Driving revenue growth through existing accounts and new business
Managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales reporting
Working closely with marketing to align campaigns and sales activity
Building strong, long-term client relationships
Using CRM data to inform decision-making and performance
