Warehouse Operative Wellingborough
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00 17:00 - 5 out of 7 days a week

Job Description:
Quest Employment are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy site in Wellingborough. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting efficient order fulfilment and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking items accurately using hand scanners
Packing products securely to prevent damage
Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Assisting with inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
Unloading containers and organising stock onto pallets
Labelling deliveries and controlling incoming stock
Operating a PPT to move and relocate stock
Requirements:
Previous picking and packing experience essential
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting items
Comfortable using hand scanners (training provided if needed)
Valid PPT licence advantageous
