Location: Belvedere - 4 days per week office
Salary: £75,000 plus performance based bonus
Benefits: 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
Hours: Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday

Overview of the role
Owning the financial operations
from forecasting and cash flow to delivering clear, actionable insights for the leadership team
Steering the HR strategy to ensure they attract, develop, and retain great people
Overseeing facilities, suppliers, and contracts to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
Leading and inspiring the HR Manager and Bookkeeper to deliver their best work
Driving continuous improvement across all operational functions
What experience you'll bring
Strong experience in finance, operations, or similar
A strong financial brain and the ability to translate data into real business impact
Solid HR and compliance knowledge
Experience managing facilities, vendors, and budgets
Natural leadership and influencing skills at senior level
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strategic edge
Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) are a big plus
