Key Responsibilities

As an Event Coordinator in Winchester, you’ll support the planning and delivery of memorable events while ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

7. Assist with planning, organising and coordinating a variety of events
8. Manage event logistics including schedules, suppliers and staffing
9. Support budgeting and supplier coordination
10. Communicate with clients to ensure their event vision is delivered
11. Assist with on-site event delivery and ensure smooth day-of operations
12. Work closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards
