Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and explain the service offered.
* Receive inbound calls from customers requesting a water efficiency audit.
* Schedule appointments using the booking system.
* Liaise with engineers about their workload.
* Handle telephone calls effectively; provide clear information to customers.
Requirements / Skills
* Basic office administration skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to explain a technical service over the phone to all types of customers.
