Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and dynamic Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide a holistic assessment to clients with diverse or complex presentations, working within the community as part of an inter-professional team.
* Provide specific occupational therapy intervention as required.
* Key work individual cases as appropriate.
* Provide occupational therapy advice to other colleagues within the team.
* Participate as a member of the team.
* Manage a clinical caseload.
* Support service improvement and delivery within the team.
* Participate in health promotion and education of staff, clients and families.
* Undertake regular continual professional development activities.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with HCPC.
* Postgraduate qualification or evidence of relevant post-qualification professional development.

* Experience in community stroke rehabilitation.
* Experience of providing training.
* Experience of delivering presentations.
* Experience in Mental Health.
