Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager We are seeking an individual with retail experience to assist in the day-to-day operations of our retail shops. This role offers a challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable opportunity to contribute to our team.
The successful candidate will support our retail team in driving sales to help sustain our care services. You will be part of a day hospice with aspirations to expand our care offerings within the local community, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities: Assist in managing the retail shop operations
Support sales growth and customer service
Contribute to team efforts to meet sales targets
Qualifications: Retail experience
Excellent communication skills
Employment Details: Full-time, permanent role
22.5 hours per week on a rota basis
Salary: £14,589.90 per annum
Shop hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
