Key Responsibilities:
As Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in managing and guiding a skilled nursing team, while ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
* Lead on clinical pathways for individuals accessing addiction support
* Oversee harm reduction and immunisation programmes
* Champion nurse-led projects and encourage innovation
* Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff
* Work closely with NHS colleagues across departments such as A&E, AMU, and Gastroenterology
* Maintain high standards in line with national policies and guidance
