About the role
We are seeking an Administrator to join our AUB Academy, a dynamic hub of innovation and opportunity, passionately committed to transforming arts education and expanding access to inspiring creative learning forboth domestic and international markets.
As the AUB Academy Administrator you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and visiting tutors, providing excellent customer service across all our programmes. You will be responsible for managing course bookings, database data entry, processing payments, and monitoring enrolments, all with the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of our short courses, bespoke programmes, and summer course offers. Additionally, you will support tutor recruitment, course materials orders and preparation, room bookings, and resource management, ensuring every aspect of course delivery runs seamlessly.
As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute in an agile way to improving our administrative procedures, liaising with internal AUB departments, including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Campus Services, assisting with event organisation, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with university policies. You will therefore have an essential role in supporting the delivery of bespoke courses aimed at both domestic and international markets, helping to promote inclusive access to arts education.
You will deliver excellent levels of customer service, demonstrating effective communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to inclusive access to arts education are essential.
You will be highly organised and possess excellent: time management skills, written and verbal communication, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads to tight deadlinesYou will be able to evidence a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and a passion for creative arts education.
This position demands the post-holder to the move course materials and supplies within AUB Academy Media Store on a regular basis. Ideally the post holder will work morning shifts, however working arrangements can be discussed with the AUB Academy Manager.
