Key Responsibilities
* Operate production line equipment and machinery efficiently.
* Assemble and pack products according to specifications.
* Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production line issues.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
* Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is preferred.
* Ability to operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
* Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
Benefits
* Temp-to-perm opportunity with a pay increase after 3 months
* Full-time hours, 8am-8pm rotating shift pattern £12.21 plus 20% shift premium if all hours worked = £14.65p/hr
* 5 on 2 off Monday to Sunday
