Role Description
This is not a traditional marketing role built around activity for activity’s sake. It is a Marketing Integrator role designed for someone who finds satisfaction in turning ideas into ordered delivery. You will work directly with the founder, converting vision into plans, plans into tasks, and tasks into completed work. This is the operational heart of marketing: prioritisation, organisation, and follow‑through.
The role is hybrid but grounded in genuine collaboration. You will need to meet in Grantham 2–3 days per week, ensuring a rhythm, alignment, and clarity that only happens face‑to‑face. Proximity is non‑negotiable. Without it, the momentum will not materialise.
Your Core Purpose
Turn the founder’s marketing vision into an organised, delivered reality by driving priorities, progress, and people with quiet, consistent discipline.
What You Will Actually Do Strategic Integration
* Translate ideas from meetings, voice notes, and whiteboards into structured, prioritised marketing plans.
* Distinguish high‑value actions from noise and distraction.
* Move work through a clear chain of concept, plan, task, follow‑up, and completion.
Delivery Control
* Act as the operational anchor for marketing execution.
* Hold designers, writers, editors, analysts, and freelancers accountable with firm, polite persistence.
* Maintain visibility of all tasks using Monday.com, Slack, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Systems and Consistency
* Build repeatable workflows for campaigns, reports, newsletters, social content, and research outputs.
* Turn emerging intellectual property into usable frameworks and templates.
* Create an operational rhythm where delivery is predictable rather than heroic.
Founder Sync and Momentum
* Meet in person weekly to align on goals and extract priorities.
* Convert ambition into clear deliverables with owners and deadlines.
* Filter noise, surface only decisions and genuinely high‑leverage actions.
Who This Is For
