Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 ranked firm that is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (or Legal Executive FCILEx) to join their highly regarded and growing Family team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, civil partnership disputes, and high-net-worth financial settlements
* Advising clients on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and complex international family law issues
* Conducting advocacy in financial and children matters
* Supporting wider business development activities and contributing to the continued success of the team
The successful candidate will need:
* 3+ years' PQE as a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Strong technical knowledge and demonstrable experience in private family law, particularly divorce and financial remedy
* Confident advocacy skills and excellent client care
* A proactive, professional approach with strong communication skills
