Key responsibilities:
* Assisting with eating, personal needs and mobility (as appropriate)
* Encouraging social skills and communication using tailored strategies
* Providing calm, predictable emotional support to pupils with sensory or behavioural needs
* Ensuring the dining and play environments are structured, safe and supportive
* Working closely with therapists and SEN teaching staff
