Accounts Assistant - South Armagh £30,000Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a South Armagh based company, as part of their continued growth.Joining as part of their finance team, youll eventually take full responsibility for the ledgers, becoming a key figure in their financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the management of the creditor (accounts payable) and debtor (accounts receivable) ledgersProcess invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and efficientlyReconcile supplier statements and customer accountsFollow up on outstanding payments and resolve invoice queriesSupport month-end and year-end closing processesMaintain accurate financial records and documentationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial workflowsGradually take full ownership of ledger management responsibilitiesWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a finance or accounts role (13 years preferred)Strong understanding of basic accounting principlesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and ExcelExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsInterviewing immediately, please get in contact or apply now for more information and we can reach out to arrange a call.
