About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Impact Analyst to join our mission-driven team at Kingdom Impact, the leading platform for Christian organisations to measure social and spiritual impact. You'll lead data analysis, client delivery, and process innovation as we scale our cutting-edge impact measurement tools across businesses, charities, and foundations.
What You'll Do
* Advanced data analysis: Design and execute complex analyses to extract insights from impact assessment data
* Impact strategy development: Create Theory of Change frameworks and impact measurement strategies for clients
* Client strategy: Lead implementation of impact measurement frameworks with senior stakeholders
* Research leadership: Identify trends, develop best practices, and create thought leadership content
* Process innovation: Design and optimise workflows using AI tools and automation
* Team development: Mentor junior team members and contribute to organisational capability building
* Stakeholder management: Present findings and recommendations to C-level executives and board members
What We're Looking For
* Strong analytical skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, data visualisation, and ability to extract insights from assessment data
* AI expertise: Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, automation, and insight generation
* Strategic thinking: Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
* Values alignment: An active Christian faith along with an understanding of faith-based organisations and alignment with Kingdom Impact principles
* Client management: Proven track record working with stakeholders and complex organisations
Required Experience
* 3+ years in data analysis, consulting, or impact measurement
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Masters preferred)
* Theory of Change development and impact strategy experience
* CRM/database management experience (e.g. Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Consulting or client-facing experience with diverse organisations
* AI tool proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms)
Nice to Have
* Background in nonprofit sector, social enterprise, or faith-based organisations
* Degree in statistics, economics, or related quantitative field
* Experience with impact measurement frameworks (Theory of Change, SROI)
* Knowledge of Christian organisational dynamics and Kingdom business principles
* Project management experience
