The Role
This position involves managing the development and delivery of EPC activities to meet key targets of time, cost, quality, and HSE standards. You will oversee Front End Engineering, Scope Development, and Site Construction Management across all disciplines, ensuring safety and compliance are at the forefront. Your responsibilities include assessing tenders, working with internal and external stakeholders, and managing contract forms such as NEC3/4 and IChemE. You will lead the project’s HSE efforts, act as the Principal Contractor under CDM regulations, and coordinate early works and design interactions to ensure constructability and project success.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
* Minimum 10 years involved in EPC contracts, including ME&I and construction
* Proven experience managing budgets, financial controls, and project costs (projects over $10 million)
* Strong background in subcontractor management and team leadership
* Relevant HND/C qualification in ME&I or a related discipline
* Certified in CCNSG Safety Passport and CSCS accreditation
