Salary: £33,496 - £43,471 per annum. Actual salary £27,158.92 - £35,246.76. Spine Points 25 - 33. 672 teaching hours per annum. Permanent, 30 hours.

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons and practical workshops in fabrication and welding.
* Support and guide students to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, employers, and industry partners to ensure the curriculum meets current and future skills needs.
* Participate in course development, assessment, and quality assurance.
* Promote an inclusive and safe learning environment where every learner feels valued.
Qualifications
* A relevant engineering qualification at Level 3 or above (essential).
* A teaching qualification (Cert Ed or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one.
* Strong industry experience in fabrication and welding.
* Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
* A commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
Desirable
* Specialist welding qualification or coding.
* Experience teaching or training in a further education or professional setting.
* Assessor or Verifier awards (A1/V1) or willingness to achieve these.
