Overview
The Vehicle Finance & Sales Administrator role places you at the heart of the Swansea Volkswagen team, where you will be permanently based. While your work supports multiple brands and sites across the Sinclair Group, your day‑to‑day duties, team environment and primary workplace will remain at the Swansea Volkswagen dealership.
Responsibilities
* Managing key administrative tasks linked to vehicle sales and finance administration across multiple brands and sites.
* Submitting finance proposals and processing customer eSigns.
* Managing pay‑outs and preparing/maintaining documentation.
* Delivering helpful, professional customer support and providing Sales Administration support for the Volkswagen division.
Qualifications
* Previous administration experience and confidence using common office programs such as Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to input data quickly and accurately – experience with Dealer Management System is beneficial but not required.
* Ability to work to a high standard, ensuring all digital documentation is completed securely and accurately.
* Strong communication skills, making you an effective communicator.
* Strong organisation, proactive thinking, and a problem‑solving approach.
