The Role: You will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide tailored support across Key Stage 1. Your role will be shaped by your experience and the specific needs of the pupils, ensuring that every child receives the right level of support to succeed. Key Duties: Deliver focused interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional development. Assist with the development, implementation, and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Encourage positive behaviour and active participation in lessons. Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues. Adapt learning resources to meet the individual learning styles of students. Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the class teacher. Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school or SEN setting. A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
