We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance to join our Client Operations & Reporting team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the execution of complex client reporting and performance analysis by utilizing in-depth knowledge of client operations processes and industry standards.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance reporting methodologies and ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes, demonstrating expertise in the field.
* Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for client reporting and performance metrics, supporting BNY’s commitment to operational excellence.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in client reporting, offering insights and solutions to complex challenges faced by the organization.
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client performance data.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Advanced degree or relevant certifications in client operations or reporting is a plus.
* Experience in trading or brokerage is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
